Just a simple comment before going to bed. I feel like an imbecile, as I must be the last one in the universe not to have toyed with Tracktion before half an hour ago, but:

IT DOTH ROCK THE NATION!!!!!!!!!!!

For sure, once you reach "a-ha" moment where you "get" Tracktion, there's no going back to the drudgery of Sonar/Cubase et al.

I still use Cubase SL and Reason, but Traction is just to limiting for me now...

Quick quezzie, though. Does Tracktion support direct x plugins? I don't see them in the drop down list...

No. You'll have to use a program like Console to convert DX to VST.

Just use a DX to VST wrapper. There are free ones out there that works without a problem. At least I got one that was free and runs inside Tracktion. Lets me use Anwida DX Reverber without hazle.
