so I circuitbent something finally

I've been messing around with circuitbending off and on for years. even before I'd heard of the concept I had a habit of tinkering with electronics to see if I could make them do f**ked up things. but I never had the patience or attention span to finish anything I started. this morning I got a wild hair on my ass and pulled out an old Ibanez SoundTank Auto Wah that has been collecting dust for the past 9 years and decided to give it a go.
8 hours, a handful of wire, two pushbuttons, a toggle switch and a solder burn or two later and I have this:
DEMO
its just a drum beat run through the pedal, first with just the original Auto Wah, then with me throwing switches, pushing buttons and turning knobs. there are a few clicks and some ground hum at spots because the original housing is too small, so I was just holding the circuitboard in one hand and bumped some wires. next I need to engineer a new housing for it.
I'm excited to have finally finished a project.

Neat. Some way of getting a mix with the original signal would be handy, but nicely filthy in places.

well you definitely succeeded in getting some seriously f**ked up thigs out of that pedal - wierd but strangely pleasing...

I've always wanted to circuit bend something, but I know nothing about circuitry!
Where does one get the knowledge?

I dunno. I have no knowledge either.

but a Google™ search for "circuit bending tutorial" revealed some promising leads.
