Another vote here for PSP audioware's 84 & Lexicon42
I was surprised at first, as they are very versatile and do much more than just delay FX

Bionic Delay is my favorite - great presets, works great with Tracktion's automation curves, simple and easy to use.
Hear it in action where I varied the feedback using Tracktions automation curves. I think I had it on a warped tape delay setting.
