Need help and advice on making Quality Waveforms for Rhino.

Hi i'm going to be recording wav files from a collection of various vst instruments to be used in Rhino but i'm afraid i'm not aware of how to make the quality of these waves the best they could be. If any one wants to help or give advice on processing high quality wav files to be used in tons of packages for Rhino please reply. THanks Hope to hear back from some one.
