Side Chain Compression, Mac

Hello,
I need a side chain compressor I can use in SX3 for Mac.
Allthough side chain compression is not directly supported a friend of mind on PC was able to put a certain compressor on a channel, say a kick drum... then on another channel open the same compressor and set something there and that channel would be the one with the compression triggered from the kick.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!

Although I don't know a side-chain compressor for MAC, here's the detailed description how to do it in CubaseSX with a plugin that has "True Stereo Side-Chaining" with 4 inputs (2 for trigger channel, 2 for receive channel).

If your plugin is a Synth-edit/synth-maker creation, Say So.
If not Make a Mac version of your Plugins Please.

TC Native Bundle has the easiest sidechain compressor i've seen in VST for os x. You insert a sidechainer plug on a signal(ie a kickdrum) and put a compressor de-esser on the signal you're compressing, click the key input button and you're good to go. You might want to check it out... I've seen some sidechain compressors that work in mono by sidechaining stereo channels independently, which is just a hassle IMO. TC Native's sidechainer doesn't restrict you to mono.
Haven't tried the metric halo one but I hear good things.

Hmmm.... For some reason the KEY INPUT is greyed out using TC Native Compressor.... ??

I remember having some trouble with this too. But installing the 3.1 update made everything work right.
