I'm wondering if Ozone would be a good choice for putting on the master output for live laptop performances and if so what settings or presets would you use. also is there an issue of pdc as my host (Live 4) doesn't have pdc yet so was wondering if thats a problem with Ozone.
lastly are there any other suggestions for the master
output other than ozone and other than hardware.

well ozone has a huge latency, so I can't see this as a good solution, sorry. PDC doesn't really mean anything to master out effects anyway - its more for tracking, where certain tracks need added delay to compensate for a other high-latency track(s).
Why do you want to run in over the master out anyway? Just for a limiter?

yeah i guess. i just want to set up the sound the way i want it and then not have to ride the volume or mix, I won't be watching the laptop, it'll be sync'd to our drummer and running sequences/samples.

Ok, well I'm not aware of a latency-free limiter. But some limiters certainly have less latency than others, so have a look around.
For the rest of Ozone's capability, you can find Exciters (Xcita) EQs, stereo wideners and Compressors without latency if thats what you need.
