Anybody else listen to E-Town Concrete???2005-02-12T01:35:29+00:00Hey....maybe sickle or somebody else out there into the heavier side of rock......Any of you listen to E-Town Concrete??? If so, i just picked up the new album "Made For War" and i'm not sure how i feel about it....don't get me wrong...The music is good....pretty fuckin heavy...kinda like old earth-crisis type of stuff and maybe even Krutch which is a nice turn for them, but something about the production just bothers me.....i'm sure they didn't have a ton of money to record it with as they are on a new label (AGAIN!..that's gotta be 5 now!) and the label is dammned small...but i just think the production on it is raw...and not in a good way...in an amateurish way almost.
I don't know...just listening to it and wondering if i can get a conversation going on it.

Not my cup of tea (never been into rap-metal) but I must admit I laughed when I heard There Goes the Neighborhood when I was listening to MusicChoice's Metal station on TV...
I only heard that one track, but I wasn't too impressed with the production, either. But then of course I love Bathory, so who am I to complain about metal production?
