For music reviews and sharing with independant musicians www.mixposure.com is excelent. Lots of cool artists and management is right on top and very open to sugestions.
There are sooooooooo many forums out there that it is hard to pin point one as the best. I guess they just cater to different audiences.
Audioshots is great and gettin quite big.
Soundclick is good for flames

there is funender and Scrub radio.
SectionZ is good too if you are into electronic music ETC, Etc.
But for software information nothing beats KVR.

If you are a composer of orchestral music, you should visit the forum at Nothern Sound Source. KVR is made up of mostly ambient/soundscape electronic guys, EBM/industrial/darkwave, or emo guitar pop.

Thank you for the mention Germ I managed to spot it

I might not hang much in there but I like the ambient and I drop by at least once a day to see what `s going on, but I have my hands quite full with Mixposure as I had commited to be a mod there early on.
Also I`m working on a few collabs and trying to learn how to program synths. Could somebody create a virtual synth that receives voice orders to make new patches? I just get lost in all the knob and envelope tweaking !!
