Good pro retailers have Tubtech hardware, but are you asking for VST ? UAD maybe then ?

..but as stated before the UAD-1 might be an appropriate software solution to a tubecompressor like the Tubetech.

I imagine the software will be pretty useless without purchasing the UAD-1 card!
Try the Voxengo Crunchessor or Kjaerhus GCO-1 demos and see if you like those. They are relatively inexpensive and sound pretty good.
