That seems a bit extreme to me. What about Paul Van Dyk? He uses Final Scratch (or Serato or whatever the hot digital DJ tool is now) pretty much exclusively at this point and he's FROM Germany. It seems to me if your MP3 collection is legal, how can they bust you for it?
