Hey Guys...this is going to get pretty complicated, so please bear with me :p

Ive got M-audio firewire 410 and Creative Audigy2 Platinum in my system. I have a tv-tuner card installed in my system as well. The tv-tuner card's output is going into the Line-in input of Audigy2 plat. I have a 1/8" male to male connector going from Audigy2's headphone out to Firewire 410's input channel 1. This allows me to link them to each other, so I can hear tv-tuner card's audio on firewire 410. Now you're probably wondering why the hell am I doing this crap....well...I wana brodcast my tv using Windows Media Encoder. Ok now you're wondering why do I need cubase for this? Because if I dont use cubase, the audio outputs on just one channel (ex: tv tuner card is just going to input channel 1 on the back of Firewire 410). When I select audio source M-Audio FW 410 1/2, the sound comming from tv tuner card only goes on the left channel. This is pretty annoying for the listeners especially if they have headphones on. I was able to fix this problem in cubase. Under VST Connections > Inputs, I created a Mono Bus and selected FW 410 Analog In 1 (1st input channel-tv tuner card). Under Outputs, I created a Stereo Bus and selected Fw 410 Analog Out 1/2 Left and Fw 410 Analog Out 1/2 Right. When I click on monitor on the channel in Cubase, the listeners can hear the stereo effect (both channels). Ok, now we get to the problem. I have a 1/8" male to male connector going from Firewire 410's Output Channel 2 to Firewire 410's Input Channel 2. This allows me to output the sound of anything I'm playing, or suppose I'm mixing in Traktor, someone can listen to that on any program, like MSN Messenger. Now, when I do the same thing for this in Cubase, I can hear the stereo effect (both channels) but the listeners cannot. They just hear it on the right channel. I tried many different combinations under VST Connections but none seem to work for this. There must be some solution. Hopefully someone will read this lol

paragraphs :help:

but as far as i can tell your final output on the second set of 410 ports is mono to mono and appears that way in cubase

it's in stereo in others becuase they presumeably automatically pan it centrally

just have a mono input port in cubase

but i may well have read this all wrong
