MP3-Tag Question

The Tags of my MP3s are shown (in Media Player) when I open them from HD. Only when streaming them from my website the tags aren´t shown. Does anybody know the reason?

in winamp (what I use) you have the ability to turn on or off the tags while streaming (to save bandwidth)

maybe this is also the case for WMP?

also to tag in winamp you just doubleclick on the song name while its loaded.. you have access to both ID3 version 1 and 2 tags on the same page.

I´m using TagMaster from AnalogX.

I didn´t find an option in Media Player to turn on or off the tags while streaming.

I think I´ll test it in Winamp and/or try another tagger.

Odd one, that.
I use TagMaster as well, but never noticed my tags missing.
I use WMP, winamp, real and one or two others, depending on what I want to do or which interface I feel like looking at today, or which one has the better visualisations.

The tags are not missed when the file is first full downloaded and then played from HD. It´s only not shown while streaming the mp3-file. I´ve read somewhere that ID3 v.1 stores the tag at the end of the file, maybe this could be the reason.
