My first Question.
Now im working on a project. So excuse my impatience. I tried the online help. Cud not find an answer.
I have made and arranged a few patterns for a song im rearranging/mixing. I would like to send all the different tracks from the step sequencer (each with a different percussion istrument i.e. kik, snare, shaker etc) to different channels on the mixer, so that I can mix reverb into the snare, eq the kik and stuff.. Cant find any way of doing so.

My second question :
How do I (I hope I can) copy the entire pattern (in the step seq) to another. I can copy from seperate tracks, but it's tedious.

sidhu,
When you open the channel settings for each instrument you will see a small box in the upper right hand corner. Set this number to whatever mixer channel you want to send that channel to. Alternately, you can select all the channels (right click each little green light in the step sequencer), open the mixer and click on the menu button (upper left corner). Choose "Link selected channels" and then "Starting from this track". All your channels will now be linked sequentially in the mixer. In the mixer you can right click the name (FX 1 or FX 2) and rename them (kick, snare etc.) then hit Enter.
To copy patterns, once again make sure that all channels in a pattern are selected (all little green lights are lit), Ctrl+C, move to a new pattern, hit Ctrl+V. Or lay out a pattern in the playlist, make sure it is chosen (left click "Pattern 1", left side of playlist) and hit Shift+Ctrl+C to clone the pattern. You can rename patterns by right clicking "Pattern 1", renaming the pattern and hitting Enter.

And just in case you weren't aware of it Sidhu, you can do this by double clicking on one of the lights, rather than having to select them individually by right clicking them - very tedious!Cordelia wrote: To copy patterns, once again make sure that all channels in a pattern are selected (all little green lights are lit),

Mindblowing !!!!
tell me , is all this well documented ??? I have yet to throughly read the online manual. But the one I found seemed to be a copy of the html help that came along.
Also, I cant now seem to move any faders in the mixer.
And there was one more thing... I forgot... tommorow. Its 5 am here, and I have a job!
