Cubase 2 transport control missing???help

Well its pretty simple but has my mind f***ed right now..... one day the transport was working fine... now when i go into to c ubase its gone??? the f2 command donest work and neither does manually selecting it... can someone pls help anyone made it dissaper b4? everytime i press f all it does it select and deselect it from the menu but no actual action...anyone ever have this prob... i tried doing a uninstall and its still not back..wtf im stumped and i need tranport.. i gotta set my bpm .....im on dual monitors so i streached it out and it was still there... i deleted most all info left by cubase but i guess ima have to deleate it from the registry but then i gotta set my vst folder back up....

AIIGHT P4 1.7.. MAXTOR DUAL DISPLAY VIDEO CARD, XP PRO, RUNNING DUAL BOOT.. PRODUCTION ON O NE INTERNET ON OTHER.. 1 GIG OF MEM... ANYTHING ELSE U NEED TO KNOW?

whats that got to do with anything.. who talked about H20... everything was fine on my system and it just dissapeared... so i really dont know what h20 has to do with anything...but anyway... thanks for nothing..ezz bro
