...i´ve just heard about this site in my german community and just wanna share it with you....

for non german speaking members..here is the manual:

1. Press "record sample"
2. Choose your format (flac, ogg, mp3)
3. adjust the dry/wet ratio
4. press record
5. click on "durchsuchen" and upload your sample-wav-file (not bigger than 60 sec)
6. click on "Abfrage schicken"...
7. wait till you see your download file..

Tank-FX is a non-virtual reverb effect.

The reverb is produced by a 11meter high ferroconcrete Tank.

What a way-out idea... have to try it out.

it really sounds good!

(b.t.w.: you can specify the wet-level but for more flexibility I think it's better to set it to 100% then you can set up an extra track and add as much as you want later on

)

also, check out it's father, the silophone.
it's an abandoned 200-meter high grain-silo
that was converted into a reverb tank in 2000.
upload your own sounds, or just listen to the
thousands of music bits already on it's server.

Hmmm... do you get an IR if you feed this site a short white noise pulse?
