reFX Trasher II problem with FL

Sometimes when I load reFX's Trasher II plugin into FL Studio it will cause FL Studio to "poof", or in other words instantly close without any error message. Sometimes it happens when I open an existing FL project that contains Trasher II. Anyone else experience this?

I contacted reFX about this a few months ago but they could not recreate the problem. I've had this happen on a few different machines now so I'm less likely to believe it is an isolated incident.

that happened to me using cubase sx.
and I've got similar answer from refx.

I just stopped using it because I found better filters.(ohmforce,psp)
