Thanks Multree for the links.
I saw the first already and the second seems to be a description rather than a review. It would be good to get some feedback from a hands-on user.
Cheers,
Pat

IMO opinion Zoom was good about 10-15 years ago the 50' series made me a lot money but they have an extremely plastic sound imo. I did have a 506 for my bass but never found one workable sound in it. The 505 sold big to the younger crowd and first timers. But you can do better if you spend a just little more...hint watch line 6 for b stock, some great deals can be had because of a superficial flaw in the finish , like a blemish in the plastic molding...often you can get steals if you ask around...Patrick9 wrote:Has anybody had any experience of the Zoom 504 II, or any similar units (eg. Alesis or Boss). I am quite tempted but can't find many reviews.
The highest form of knowledge is empathy, for it requires us to suspend our egos and live in another's world. It requires profound, purpose‐larger‐than‐the‐self kind of understanding.

Hi hink,
I know what you're saying but I was thinking of a box specifically for the acoustic or acoustic/electric. There don't seem to be so many of those around.
