hey guys.. just a quick note for everyone. i've updated the builds of Mashup, Breakdown, and Sideslip all to 2.0. this includes a completely rewritten step sequencer core, and a slew of new cpu optimizations and even a boatload of new features across them all..

check them out here..

Breakdown a lot.

Will the update still work in existing tunes?
(Sometimes, some updates don't).

From the Tweakbench site: " version 2.0 is not reverse compatible with 1.5 patches, so be careful when installing."

Oh yeah, I remember that from the previous update now.
That'll explain why I've got the previous update in one folder and the old, metallic gui in another.

just to be safe, i always copy my old (1.0, 1.5, etc) plugins to a backup directory, then delete any dll's and sub directories that they may have created from my VSTPlugins directory.

THEN copy in the new vst.

This isn't an issue with new plugins, but for updates like this.. it's best to remove the old ones.

It's ok.. these new ones are WAY better

Yes the updates are fantastic!

I love the speed control, and the CPU usage is -much- lower now... not to mention the more logical flow.
