Hello
Does anyone know of a free (hopefully but not essential) vst wave recorder that can be midi triggered? All the ones here aren't midi controlled. You have to click the record button which cant be automated. This is pointless for what I want to do.
Thanx

Those all do a similar job - Tobybear's ChannleGrabber has the Midi control you seek.

Isn't there an audio triggered recorder? Which starts one the input goes above a certain threshold.
I guess such a thing can be made with an audio-to-midi plugin and Tobubear's plug.
But still I think such a feature can be useful for recorders, and not that hard to implement.

I've tried this one and I dont think it can be automated/triggered without clicking the record button.

thanks, I've had the bag on my PC for ages and never unzipped it, I always forget to try it... doh! (this is why I must never get a bigger hard drive!)scuzzphut wrote:Those all do a similar job - Tobybear's ChannleGrabber has the Midi control you seek.

ps. scuzzphut lite is a favourite of mine, will it ever be able to do 32 steps?

32 steps?
it's possible. I'm working on phatbeatz right now and will be trying to get a 16/32 switch in there for longer patterns. Once that's done I could plop the feature back into scuzzphut6.5
don't hold your breath, though - I get very little time for coding these days
