Supposedly, FL Studio Express 5 is only $49,- sooo.... penny-wise, pound-foolish ??
I also fail to see how just reversing a sample in an external editor (or Fruity's builtin sampler / wave editor) could be too much trouble.
Yes, there may be delays that can do this. And that's the only way an effect can do it: delayed. Because it needs to be reversed, you need the tail first and the head at the end. Without time travel that requires a delay.

So what we need is time travel for $50.C00kie wrote:Without time travel that requires a delay.
Talk to me, people!
P.S.: Side-chaining a temporal flow rate/reversal signal would be a bonus, worth, oh, say $20 more.

I wouldn't do that for less than 79.95!rokkon wrote:wouldn't one simply have to write a little plugin that accelerates the host to faster-than-light speed?

that reversinator plugin does exactly what i want, but it's vst2.
what i am trying to do is reverse the output of the TS404. instead of having to export the melody, reverse it then re-import it back into FL.

yes. once 3 was dev'd, ts404 was redesigned and tons of the presets i've made used in songs will not play correctly and the tones cannot be reproduced exactly the way tweaked them in 2.72's version.

I had a similar (albeit much more problematic) issue with Logic, and the transition to OS X.
My advice is to bounce or record the DS404 to audio, and import it into the Version 5 song. Then you would have access to the effect you need. I had to do something similar with a lot of my old material.
