Try using the asio driver from www.asio4all.com.

hey Reflex...it still didnt work...I dont know how to use ASIO and its configurations...it seems like it does nothing

I'm not sure how well it can work in Parallels (it's been a long time since I tried), but this is how the Asio4All driver (mostly like any driver) works:
1. download and install the driver
2. in FL Studio, open the Audio settings window and select the "Asio4All v2" driver from the dropdown list

As for the Asio4All configuration, usually it defaults to the correct soundcard and nothing has to be changed.

Does any one know if, using a Firebox soundcard with mac os x will allow me to fully use it with FL Studio under windows/parallels?

Parallels emulates a soundcard, but it won't have all the capabilities of your real soundcard.
