Option 2 :D

Post

My vote is option 2

2 seems most logical -- if I split, it's not necessarily because I want the latter part. That might be a loopable section and I want to work on the newly split intro section.

minor tiny mini bug:

in the 'edit tempo chages' window (timeline rightclick >> edit tempo changes)
when u right click a certain tempo change, it activates the standard sequence menu, which of course does nothing.

Hello, I have a bug to report :
I want to save a session under another name so I select "Save session as..." in the File menu. Now I have the file browser. Now I select a existing file because it's name is closed to the one I want to create, and I click the "New File" button. I have now the "New File Name" window. I want to put the cursor in the name field to edit the name but it's impossible, the field don't want to take the focus. Argh.

I don't understand: If you click the new file button then the new file name field is focussed by default, and so you can edit the name immpediately.

Note that the mulab gui does not yet support that you can position the text cursor with the mouse; currently the text cursor can only be moved with the keyboard.

Yes, but you can't put the cursor where you want with the mouse.

OK I see, sorry.

Hi Jo,
just a little question:
Is it possible to expand the lettering/spelling in Mulab with the letters ä,ö and ü?
Because the german translation for (audio or usb-) "device" is "Gerät".
Therefore Mulab doesn't show the comlete devicename in the audio- and midi setup-menu and in the Modular Plugin Area in a german WindowsXP enviroment.

Thanks,
kind greetings
T.

Added on the whishlist.

Hello. So here I am once more...
I want to know if it's normal that Mulab can't load the famous NyquistEq5 by Bram @ Smartelectronix. It's an old plugin, but a very good one.
I have this message : "couldn't create vst plugin NyquistEq5".
I'm on Windows Vista, the plugin works fine in Tracktion.

Post

Where can i download that plug?

Nice plug!

Works fine on my WinXP system.

Please do this:

-> Goto Help menu -> Help Functions -> Start Logging
-> Now plug in the plug
-> Quit MU.LAB
-> Email me the Log-yyyymmdd-hhmmss.txt file in your Mulab folder

Post

Sorry but I can't reproduce the bug, all is fine now !
Thank you for your good vibrations...

Weird little problem with MDA's JX10 and MU.LAB on OSX 10.4.11 - I keep getting weird spikes when playing the first few notes after loading it.

There's a nasty pop and everything goes silent. Given enough patience "breaking it in" as I've come to call it, I've always been able to make it work eventually (after a few glissandos up and down he keyboard). Doesn't happen all the time and, weirdly, once "broken in" it doesn't seem to happen again the next time I open the session file.

It's not big enough a problem to make me ditch JX10 altogether, I just keep meaning to bring it up, and here I am! :hihi:
