Finally i found some time to test the patches of the soundbank from vsti-sounds.com. IMHO the leads, pads and basses are excellent, the rest is average. Most of the sounds are VA sounds, only few use the wavetables. Having some more excellent VA sounds for Largo is OK but it's not Largo's main territory. Having two commercial soundbanks for "minimal electro" for Largo should be enough for that category for some time...Ingonator wrote:I just purchased the bank. I hope that some sound designers will do a "pads only" bank like himalaya just did for Alchemy (BTW one of the best soundbanks ever... IMHO of course!).
BTW with a "bass only" bank my need for Largo basses (together with the two minimal electro banks" is "satturated":
