Use a couple of instances side by side in HQ mode and sniff your CPU. :)

I'm having loads of fun with Bazille, but I may have a slight bug : I keep on having some random clicks happening, no matter which setting, as if the Soft Attack toggle wasn't working ?
FWIW, I'm at 96kHz/HQ on. Not a CPU issue as far as I can tell.

Ps: will it be possible in final version to save wire's display (loving "hair & ghosted") with default patch ? And an option to ask Bazille to automatically color wires depending on their source (ex: all wires from OSC1 are blue, all wires from the central filter block are orange etc...) would be damn handy to understand what's going on, what is routed to what...

Thanks Urs! I just read a couple other folks had the same problem, and that the "hidden" LFO1 linkage was on the tweak page.

Hi Urs,

Not sure if this is the right place for posting this, it's a feature request. And, it may have already been posted elsewhere, not sure...

Bazille is beautiful, I'm def buying it. The LFOs are good, and the ADSRs are very versatile. The OSCs are out of this world, and very tweakable with wires and mods. Re. the filters, the mods are great, but I expected more choices, like comb, all-pass (Zebra's choices have spoiled me!). Any thoughts on doing that in a future release?

This is an incredible piece of work!!

I couldn't figure out how to nuke vibrato from LFO 1 either, but I sure wanted to.
Yep, it was the first head scratcher moment for me too with Bazille. You have to go to the TWEAKS & FX tab:

Turn that knob all the way anti-clockwise.

(in case anyone else has the problem)

Urs,

About the GUI sizes, I think there is a "missing link" right between normal and large. (normal being too small and large being too large) I find this especially true for Bazille.

I understand that the GUI is vector based, so I assume there will be no problem implementing a new size between normal and large. "big"? :D

I have a standard full HD 1080p (1920x1080) monitor and I assume this is an issue for everyone wanting to go bigger than normal size-wise on these monitors.

This is what it looks like when large size is selected: https://app.box.com/s/f6oj65at0993hsun8uwk

My understanding of lissajous patterns is they require 2 signals interacting with each other. I'm curious, if the audio stream is the X signal, what would be the Y signal?

+1 to both. The OSCs alone are a blast. :)

~Pd~ wrote:Bazille sequencer questions: is it possible to have sequence lengths that aren't multiples of 4? And is there an option or modifier key to scribble in values across the sliders quickly, sort of the way the columns in the modulation maps work - like a table?
No, you can only do 4, 8, 12 or 16 steps... Each output on the Sequencer (4 of them) has a number next to it... that is a drop down menu with the values being multipliers... so you can make for example, two 8 step sequencers with different timings...

You can also use the ModMappers as step sequencers with odd number of steps, but you do not get the cool modulation features of the main sequencer.

My effort at a sort of evolving pad…well a pad with lots of modulation anyway!

X - left, Y - right.
