Does the upgrade price of $ 99 include the plugins I bought individually before upgrading to V4? (A bit confusing, as those I bought before can be upgraded for 9,99 each)

It has been a huge work for us over the last 18 months. I hope you'll like it.

Please post your feedback and question here, we will follow this thread.

Awesome Kevin. Looks very promising AND resizable... GUI! Bought!!! Just trying to get around the DDoS attack you're in now

It is sort of a reimagining of the Native Instruments Komplete Classics collection, which included:

Piano
Electric Piano
B3
Prophet

So I now see the upgrade offer to full V5 in my account, but not the individual plugins. As a 'Classics' owner I only want to upgrade those plugins I already own.

This is not possible, sorry (at least at the moment).

@Kevin:
Just bought it thru the coupon-link in my account, where it said 99.- €/$... then received the confirmation email with the serial and unlock code. Tried to register it and got an error message, that serial/unlock is invalid. There I realized that the email says I bought a V4 upgrade?!?! Now the coupon-link in my account reads V5 upgrade 199.- €/$

I think I somehow ended up with an upgrade from V4 to V4... :help:

I already opened a ticket and hope I get my money back in order to buy the real deal

Well, that's disappointing.

99 is the price to update all your VC4 instruments to the new version.
199 is the price to get the full VC5 (including the Synclavier V, Piano V, Stage-73 V, B-3 V and Farfisa V).
So it is thus cheaper to buy from a third party store than direct from Arturia. That is annoying.

I have V Collection 4 which states, I can upgrade the instruments for 99.
I have V Collection classics (which I really should sell) which has no upgrade path at all.
I have Solina and CS80V both saying 9.99 upgrade.

I don't have any coupon to upgrade to the full V5. Just says "No coupons yet !"

I have a 2nd Arturia account, that has a coupon to upgrade for 249 Euros. (My analog lab updated for free? and my Jup 8V can be upgraded for 9.99)

As was alraedy explained earlier in this thraed the 99 € upgrade is for havig the V3 updates (or V2 updates for newer plugins like Matrix) of the V-collection 4 plugins. To get the full v5 upgrade from v4 (including the new plugins) the update price is 199 €.

UPDATE:
Someone else just quoted the post of Kevin from Arturia concerning this.

V2, V3, V4, V5 ... :help:

No wonder users can get confused.

It would better if Arturia just jumped from Matrix 12 V or Mini V2 to Matrix 12 V5 and Mini V5 for the plugs to indicate which V Collection they are included in

And why did the coupon-banner in my account read V5? That's where I clicked the Buy-button, went thru the checkout, etc. Maybe there was some hickup, because I had V3 first, then updated to full V4. It's ok for me to pay 199 for V5, but not 99 for a V4 upgrade, because I have already V4

Let's just say it's not my sound. I do not find it remotely convincing or authentic. Lacks presence and heft. I have far superior options.

Perhaps better to say a matter of taste. To my ears it sounds recessed and a bit too polite. I have to say that my (now ancient) NI B4 is far closer to what I want to hear.

Your mileage may vary.
