AFAIK, the new versions are only x64, no more x86...
Have you checked the version numbers on those x86 plugins?

Ugh.

Please, enough. These are real customer problems, not just spoilt kids complaining they didn't get their Christmas presents. You're not helping.
you are being a spoilt little kid. complain complain complain.
I am not Korg support it isn't my job to help you.
You were incorrect on several levels on your assertions which I demonstrated to you why.
It should take you 9 minutes total....if so much........

egbert101 wrote:Two further problems:

1. Specify a different directory for installation, the installer just ignores that and goes ahead and installs it in the default directory anyway.
2. Only the x86 versions installed in a directory I don't want them in. No sign of the x64 versions.
Their site seems down now, but I think it said that the plugins are only available in 64 bits, right?

Okay, I completed the registration but do I really have to download and install all those plugins all over again?

Why are x64 versions being installed in the Program Files (x86) directory? :hihi:
Mine weren't...
This is where the installers install them on my PC:
C:\Program Files\Vstplugins\KORG

No. There's some stated stability fixes, but there's also installer issues. I'm happy to just migrate and leave everything for now, let the dust settle and then come back when they've done the UI updates.

Sadly no more money for c/r plugins from me. Esp. when theres no offline auth anymore

The whole procedure was not really simple and i do not remember all steps i had done but i used the migration codes to register the producs with Korg ID at Korg Shop, re-installed all plugins with the latest installers and finally also authorized them successfully. So far the plugins seem to work properly now.

Have not upgraded yet to also get the new Odyssey plugin but will maybe do it soon.

But to register them you have to install (or update) them am I correct ? The only ones that show up in my new Korg ID account are the ones I have installed on this computer this morning not the ones that were already installed on my studio computer.

So at some point I'll have to install or update the rest to get them into my new account.

The process so far has not been difficult at all only a bit time consuming. It only took a few minutes to get all the codes for the individual plugins. Installing / authorization is also simple but also time consuming especially considering I'll end up with pretty much what I started with this morning.....

But any development of the Korg plugins is good news so spending a few minutes to future proof them is not a big deal.

Mine as well.
I suspect it wasn't a real question.

If they all work fine now: no
I'd wait until Korg implements some real improvements (hopefully soon).
