It loads fine but when the editor is opened CRASH.
Last version loaded today
What Funkybot said.
It's either an installation issue or a permission issue.
If you can't get it fixed yourself by reinstalling, then simply contact our support and we'll help you: https://u-he.com/support/#contact

How in the world did I miss this?
Ah well, might be because I'm not on KVR that often anymore since a while. Should possibly change that.
Will try this baby out later.

I spent a few hours really digging into MFM2.5 yesterday and, like all uhe products, it’s incredible.

I don’t have any experience with the original version but skimmed the manual and think I mostly have my head around MFM2. I do have a few questions though.

Is there a bypass button on the GUI? Maybe I missed it. 🤷‍♂️

Is there a way to have the MSEGs run freely rather than be midi triggered?

(Edit: I figured this out. You click on a key on the modulation window)

Is there a manual for the this newest version?

It’s in the first post.

The release is getting closer as we've been waiting for CLAP to finalise, and that has just happened. There'll be a new round of betas some time next week.

A new MFM2.5 beta, revision 13207 is out now.
You can find it over here in the official CLAP thread: viewtopic.php?t=582950

And here's what's changed in MFM2.5 since the first beta, revision 12536:

* The clipper now has an additional -6dB threshold option
* The preset library has been polished and finalized
* The preset context menu now has a copy & paste option
* The last played MIDI note is now ignored when the preset changes
* Some parameter names have been adjusted (e.g. Lfo > LFO)
* GUI now remembers its last state when it's being reopened
* Removed zipper noises that occurred when adjusting some parameters
* Removed the option to save a MIDI note in the preset file
* Fixed yet another LFO reset hiccup
* Fixed a couple of issues in the preset browser of the Linux version
* Fixed a crash when using the "Show in Finder/Explorer" option in the preset browser
* Fixed a rare issue which led to no presets being displayed in the browser
* Fixed an issue with enumeration of duplicates in the browser
* Quite a few more little fixes here and there

A note about the removal of the option to save a specific MIDI note inside the preset file.
While this was a nice option for certain presets that relied on a specific MIDI note to be held, we realized that the potential for confusion and accidentally saving this data with the preset outweighs the benefits.

This is easily the best delay unit ITB I've used, and has been replacing all my other delay plugins since downloading it. Very very nice looking UI too!

Just out of curiosity: Why is the 13207 build still a beta/preview?
What's left?

From my simple user point of view it's so stable and complete (and simply amazing) that it's hard to find more to desire.

A few parameters are not yet available for parameter modulation... there are few little bugs...

It refuses description, allowing only the vague approach of adjectives: dark, light, raw, angelic. Who or what is making these noises? Where are they coming from and what do they point to? What kind of entity can leave such a troubling sonic remnant?
