It would be nice to hear a sneak preview of both of them. Maybe you will get some feedback on this?

I have uploaded a major overhaul of my track, see submission post: viewtopic.php?p=8375217#p8375217
It's hard to get a techno rumble decent enough to work on monitor speakers, headphones, earplugs, cheap consumer speakers and car speakers ... with the limited "synth" and limited tooling. But I've aceppted the challenge. Now I think I have found a good setup. If you like listen to the final part starting at around 3:30 to get the feel for Dystopian Techno Rumble ... Sorry, still no viloins and no chords ;-)

Any views which one to polish up to a full track???

I'm biased more towards the funky one myself :)

Remote controlling the Doc! I am all in! :D

I go with the Brit Pop thingy.

Let's see if the RuediRena muse strikes this weekend. Maybe some Anna Meredith inspired track, hmm ...

Greetings and peace to all!

I choose the funky one dB

OK. Looks like funk will win the day! I'll keep the BritPop one for a later OSC when a synth comes along which will do it proud!

Looking forward to hearing what you can do @RuediRena :)

PS I'll remove the WIP's now to make some SC space ... thanks all.

if you have issues with my plugs: Please send me a mail!
I know this is old school (well, so am I) but it is impossible for me to scan all forums, online comments etc. for potential bug/issue reports.
SeBaer wrote: Wed Mar 09, 2022 7:58 pm is there a way to set a default path for loading/saving patches and banks?
Not yet. I will add this to my backlog. :tu:
About a third of your synths (Bloo, Deputy, Kern, Qyooo, Ragnaröck, Scroo, SequenAir) default to the plug in directory, the rest defaults to the documents folder.
As I am going along with porting from iPlug to iPlug2 the new/updated plug-ins hopefully default to the Documents folder. The older ones still point to the app folder which is dangerous on the Mac... :borg:
MilksterX wrote: Wed Mar 09, 2022 10:29 pm Only issues i found were - what happens to the noise oscillator when you turn on the effect (kind of goes all nasty)
:?:
and the limitation of using automation on the filter and pitch bend which were kind of quantised.
Yes, like the original... :hihi:

Cheers, Björn
Hi Bjorn, Sorry I should have logged this but I've jumped ship from PC to Mac this weekend and been snowed under with reinstalling everything and juggling the file transfers too. best way I can describe it is if you have the noise oscillator playing only and then you increase the effect amount > 0 it no longer sounded like white noise. It sounded like really scratchy.
I'll try and load my old PC up this week and get something logged. I think it affected both vst2 and vst 3. I'm sure I tried both it took me ages to figure out why it sounded like that and after a full day messing about found it was the effect amount knob.
