Another problem I have is related to high CPU usage by RC when I temporarily turn off the monitor. When I temporarily turn off my laptop monitor to save power, RC starts using a lot of my system's CPU in the background. I saw this in the task manager. Also, my system fan starts working too much.

On the other hand my ISP has no control over connections from your country to Germany.
