@spacedad: robocoder_demo is wrong, just name it "robocoder demo" with space inbetween.
the problem is that no error message occurs when rc doesn´t find it´s sounds. it will just play nothing then. but at least importing own wavs should work, so that you can see the engine is working properly.
btw: yes, you can press additional higher keys, but you dont have to. if you only use lower keys it will play the words using the pitch set with the "pitch" knob.
@others: oh-oh. let the battle to fight the errors begin
ok, let me so, where i can start ...

ok i took out the underscore and after a couple of tries...welcome to the revolution! i liked using the virtual wheel to stretch the words to fit and wished it could record the movements for me?(as i haven't figured recording cc stuff yet)or a graph with drawable stretch lines would be good.or maybe i just need to explore it a little more, anyway, nice work,i'll keep trying and see if it does anything odd again.

congrats.
i know about the modwheel,it's just that i don't have a wheel or a keyboard atm, anyway i'm kinda enjoying being without, and i just thought a graph, bar or points thing would be cool,if it's too tricky to implement then that's ok.

Probably no.'I'm just dreaming of a host/plugin word with a general modulistic approach...sonicfire wrote:thx! well, but i dont know if you´re really interested in applying robocoder´s plain reverb and chorus to your audiomaterial
All "all effects off" is one request for everything, an other is external audio through effects, and another is external audio as one voice of the VST synths etc.

that sound good.
-how about making the wav player bit into a step sequencer, then you could have different patterns strung together to make verses?with onboard recordable wheel tweaks for each pattern.then just use midi notes for the tunes.that would make it less cluttered, maybe.sorry if that's cheeky or already been said, just thinking off top of me head.

excellent idea, but that would blow your PC in terms of speed and CPU usage away, and it´s too much for SynthEdit - but perhaps with SynthMaker or something in future.... this could be donespacedad wrote:that sound good.![]()

This is going great, it seems!
I could be a preorder type of guy for this.
But I have to test the Robocoder2 in Live first, so I want to see the VST/VSTi (if that will be two dll's?) working.
Is there a version 2 demo..?
Did not find it on your site.
