not said but seen a lots of times..and makes me laugh everytime the same: guitarists playing basses with that light, "pling, pling" approach. caressing, not picking.

and more than one told me: "yeah, I can menage basslines, too". and they don't just caress strings, but forget about legatos, slides, keeping it minimal and whatever.

I don't watch TV. I haven't even owned a TV for the last three years. Do you have any idea how much more work you can get done when you eliminate that distraction?
