that's exactly what happens... if you want to alter the midi data before the controller map, you can try using my "midiIn" plugin instead of the built-in midi input:MikeAshelby wrote:Seems the midi controller map takes the value straight from Midi in - and ignore's what's put in the chain before the effect.
Just tried that, and unfortunately, it was to no avail (though perhaps I'm missing something again!). If I deleted the built in Midi-input in modular view, and replaced it with your MidiIn, I got nothing being sent to the controller map.
