It's been stated before somewhere but I'm not sure if it made it into this thread.
I (and others) would like to see the switches in the oscillator section be automatable (like sync or the single/dual/quad selector etc.)

cheers

It's a long term thing... one day I'll be there...

maybe some detune modes for the dual/quad/eleventh modes?

i ask for this mainly cuz if you have phase reset on, it sound really weird in the quad/eleventh mode cuz from what im guessing all the oscillators start in phase and then get out of phase when detuned..

so an option for the multiple oscs to start in different phase from each other...

or i dont know, some u-he magic trick xD

also btw could you tell me how the dual/quad/eleventh tunings are made?

i've been watching the forums many times but i registered right now so i could tell this haha :D (but to be serious, this detuning thing is pretty annoying for me sometimes, it makes the multiple osc mode like a useful thing.. which just doesnt do the trick.. :/)

one more:
coult it be possible a freeze button/switch for envelopes/lfos/msegs?

(or it could even be available only from automation, whatever :p)

Hmmm... that's very specialised.

I was thinking to add more "modulation modifiers" than just the Modmapper in future. One of these could be a sample and hold with a remotely controlled hold function maybe... hmmm...

We'll see.

:tu: My favourite answer, too.

On Zebra 2.5, to change to lower note values on the sequencer/arpeggiator, you pick a number higher on the pull down. This seems counter-intuitive to me. Picking the notes on the little keyboard is more intuitive, so I'm glad it's there.

Yeah, that's because operating systems order menu items from lowest id (top) to highest id (bottom). Which in a way is counter-intuitive if the values presented are just numbers.

I've been thinking about that. Maybe I make it an option one day.

an idea for easier morphing modes

a mouse modifier that "writes" (kinda like in blening modes) writes the y-position of the poition of the points (by sweeping the mouse)

sory if what i write doesnt make sense :P

Hello Urs,

I'm not sure if anyone has mentioned this already...But midi out on the arpeggiator would be fantastic!

Thanks.

It's a tough one. Once the arpeggiator is beefed up from an "add on" for sound designers to a full blown performace tool, then maybe there's a chance that a MIDI out would be cool. But at the current stage it doesn't provide anything that any decent host can't usually do as well.

MIDI step-editing of arpeggiator....the GUI is nice but mouse editing of the arpeggiator is fiddly and no fun.... I often just give up

Thx RR

I'm curious if you are talking about the tiny keyboard or when you pick notes with the pull down. It's a slightly tricky to pick notes off the tiny keyboards, but if they were made much larger, it would take up a lot more space. What would you suggest?
