May I ask those who received payments for July and August: When did you stop using the DigitalRiver platform?

We switched to FastSpring on September 6th. We haven’t been paid for July or August, and we still haven’t received the payment report for September from Digital River aka Element5.

Received July payment and August payment notification. We moved new customers to the new MoR, but kept the current subscription with auto-renewal in MyCommerce.

Payment notification email received this morning - after they already paid the August period yesterday.
So sync seems to be off a bit...

The new CEO of Digital River GmbH 'Keith Bush' formerly was/is Chief Financial Officer of Digital River Inc.

EDIT: But yes, the new CEO of the geman sub-company Digital River GmbH is Keith Bush (used to be John Murray). You can see this in the entry for "Digital River GmbH" in handelsregister de in the "AD" item. Kasoff is the CEO and owner of the master company.

I'm UK based.

I received July payment 29 Oct and August payment 12 Nov (today).

I told them to pay all they owe and close my a/c earlier this month. I know they received my letter because they added a scan of it to my "case" (I'd already uploaded PDFs of my letter, my invoices to them, and their statements).

Yet, my account is still active (but I have deleted all my products and stopped selling on 24 Oct).

I don't know if they'll pay Sept and Oct (but they aren't much, my July and Aug sales were the best I'd had for ages). But whatever happens I'm finished with Digital River and will wind up my business next year.

Yes - until about 25th October. Regarding platform functions everything kept on working perfectly with no issues at all. Only no payment. Because of fear of possible bankruptsy we decided to go through a different MoR to limit possible losses in case of bankruptsy - then 3 days later they paid the July period and yesterday the August period. A bit perplexed now on how to go on... let's see if they pay the September period on end of November on time
