Why no answer about the empty presets?

Don't get me wrong. Even if you don't like me personal because i talk about the unpleasant topics, i am still a customer of your software and i WORK with it. You released 1.5.2 as STABLE (Otherwise it would have a Beta Warning!) and now i had double the work with my presets because that bug version destroyed them all. And NO reaction?

well I would suggest then:
EDM1 (or2/3)
Trance One (or Two, or both)
Funky House (or Deep House)
Mombah&Trap (or HipHop1)
Future Pop 1 (or 2)
maybe one Guitar XP, which is universally usable for all genres

the sale will last at least until xmas

What else could it be?

This might be a long shot, but there might be something blocking the application from contacting the website. For instance, when I got a professional firewall through my work, the firewall services sometimes blocket some traffic going to specific "unknown" web pages, for a reason of course, depending on how it's configurated.

If you have an anti-malware software, firewall and similar, try to inactivate those before you trying to activate the software. Even though you can access vps-avenger.com, they might use a third party service for the activation that is getting blocked, and in some cases just a sub domain, like api.vps-avenger.com (or similar) could be blocked because it's "unknown" to your firewall.

Thanks starflakeprj - I use AVG Internet Security and disabling it makes no difference.

Wouldn't it have been nice to get a helpful answer like that from msvs instead of a winkey eyed, sly back handed attempt to insinuate I have something to hide?

By the way msvs, my HOSTS file (once I'd googled what it was!) is 'empty' (just the default with everything commented out with #'s) ... so I'll contact support as you suggest.

You really really need to stop making assumptions every time someone has an issue you can't explain (I've seen similar 'accusations' on here to other users). Maybe have a think about how your answers reflect on both you and Vengeance .... like I said, not cool man, not cool.

Sorry if thats asked before but how to update 1.5 ? Did not find any update search inside and I installed the 1.5 as 1.5.0 just a few days ago, and when now its already 1.5.2 any automated search would be really helpful.

Nope - just having issues with Codemeter on 1.5 (for some reason the service just starts and then immediately stops, or runs for a while and then 'falls over'). All I'm asking if for me to be able to go back to 1.4 until I can figure out what's wrong with Codemeter. Somehow the re-install of 1.4.10 (or maybe the uninstall of 1.5) trashed my 1.4 license and I can't generate a new one to be able to get back to the (legitimately licensed) version that was running perfectly 3 days ago before I installed 1.5.

Will Funky House 2 and Ibiza House pop-up during the Xmas sale?

I'm fixing to pickup Avenger and a few xps, when will there be a video demo of Cinematic 3? I was planning on picking up Cinematic 2 and Atmoshperica but maybe I need to wait on Cinematic 3 instead of 2??

Thanks. May I ask who is creating the demos? Is it always you or the respective sound designer? I just assumed that Funky House 2 was created by Andy Hinz.
