I can't really tell from this side of the pond, but it looks like that K7 Elements thing might be actually starting to unfold, at least for you euro types:

I get the impression they'd ship to the US, but the cost would probably be noticeable.

EDIT: I just ran it part of the way through, and it looks like shipping to the US is only $7, and they ship to lots of places worldwide.
