I purchased all their plugins. I've had persistent issues with their licensing system—every time I run a Windows cleanup, the plugins randomly get deactivated. I contacted their support six months ago and received no reply to eleven emails. Eventually, I wrote to them officially as a lawyer, and only then did they respond, saying "you can just reactivate them manually every time."
At that point, I blacklisted the company. Absolute clowns.

What do you mean by Windows cleanup ?UltimiGiorniRecords wrote: Fri May 09, 2025 9:15 am I purchased all their plugins. Probably some 3rd party tool. But it's irrelevant for the case. Even if he turns out to be the most stupid person on earth, intentionally deleting his plugin registration - eleven emails and no response until the law process is mentioned is not a good way to run things. The thing I read between the lines is that a lot of people complain about support response time.
The point is an unresponsive support attitude.

So where are the NKS presets? Nothing showing here, even after a rescan

Anyone know if the Native Access updates force you to use Kontakt 8 like all the NI instruments do? If so I think I'll skip the update, I don't want to have to use Kontkat 8 player in order to use Revolution and Bassynth again.luvst wrote: Sun May 04, 2025 7:44 amThey popped up as updates in Native Access 2 over here.dlandis wrote: Sat May 03, 2025 9:56 pmThat's great! But how can you tell that Bassynth and Revolution were updated (and when they were updated)? Not that I'm doubting, but I can't see this in my account. Can you tell us where to find this info? It's a just bit of a slog to DL this for those of us with slower connections. Thanks!luvst wrote: Sat May 03, 2025 7:54 pmAlso Revolution and Bassynth have been updated.telecharge wrote: Sat May 03, 2025 7:32 am FWIW, I noticed that Drumvolution got an update, so at least we know they're working on some drum stuff.

I have Komplete 15 CE so i use Kontakt 8 all the time, release notes states that minimum Kontakt version is 6.8 on all latest WA updates in Native Access, just click on the instruments and verify the release notes for yourself from there.

Great heads up. So that’s 3 Kontakt updates and a standalone Triaz update recently for me. Good to see.luvst wrote: Sun May 04, 2025 7:44 amThey popped up as updates in Native Access 2 over here.dlandis wrote: Sat May 03, 2025 9:56 pmThat's great! Thanks - found it.luvst wrote: Fri May 09, 2025 8:12 am When logged in to the website goto downloads and check the version history under Triaz.
Wish there was some more info about the host sync bug in windows. I had various issues but will have to go back and test if they've gone.

Regarding host sync;
The one noticeable for me before this update was in Reaper and stopping transport, most of the time some Triaz sounds kept playing.
When using pause instead of stop it did not happen. After updating and playing only a short bit of time into it as of now it appears to be resolved.

I believe so. I haven't had time to contact NI support yet but I went to run butch vig drums in Kontakt 7, complaining of our of date version,and it wouldn't let me run it.seangm wrote: Fri May 09, 2025 5:02 pm Anyone know if the Native Access updates force you to use Kontakt 8 like all the NI instruments do? I was able to d/l Kontakt 8 player and it was ok for what I needed to do... But seems surprising/nuts I can't open it in K7 anymore

Does Triaz allow saving presets for individual drums as well as whole kits?

How do you do it? I use Triaz on every project and I've never found a way to do it.kraster wrote: Sat May 24, 2025 10:35 pmYes it does.coldmachine wrote: Fri May 23, 2025 8:52 pm Does Triaz allow saving presets for individual drums as well as whole kits?

Nice! The only bad thing is that it doesn't seem like there's a quick way to browse and audition these presets.kraster wrote: Sun May 25, 2025 1:19 am At the bottom of each channel is an icon with three vertical dots (beside the keyboard symbol.)
Click that and you can save, load, copy and swap individual parts.
