blortblort was fantastic with handling the transfer.

KiloHearts took a long time (almost 3 weeks!) to get back to him, but he was persistent asking them about the license transfer.

He also kept telling me, "Don't pay me until you receive the license! I want to make sure you have the license before paying."

Not many sellers would be willing to put their trust in the buyer.

blortblort is by far one of the best sellers I've encountered on KVR!

Bought the acoustic half of Chris Hein Bass from cooljazz58, who provided really incredible service, working though a fair amount of logistical pain. First we had trouble finding a way to transmit 6 Gigs worth of content, but eventually we did find a common platform. Then I had installation problems, all of my own making, trying to control file locations that are apparently hard wired. He sent extremely detailed instructions, with 21 (!!!) screen shots of the somewhat fiddly install process, and just overall persevered with good cheer and competence throughout.

Normally buying software doesn't take a ton of effort from either party, but this time it did. cooljazz58 came through with flying colors, and nary a whine. Highly recommended, really, a true gentleman.

[EDIT] Not that it matters, especially here, but after thinking about it, me not wanting the files in the location where they apparently have to be wasn't the only problem. One critical file didn't get created by the installer the first time around, unrelated. Reinstalling worked fine, and cooljazz58's detailed instructions got me through it without hiccups, it's just weird.
