yes, using the Arp Mask parameter. HC does not have the fixed note sequence settings you find in traditional arpeggiators, like UP, DOWN, ... The trick is to modulate this mask using one of the LFOs. For instance, by modulating it with a sawtooth LFO wave of a suitable amplitude, you can make the arp mask vary from note 1..4, corresponding to an UP pattern.
I admit it requires a bit more work to get that right, but on the plus side, it makes it possible to get very interesting and unusual random/cyclic variations in note masking.
