"Zoom to fit" OPTION in preferences - edit window will only show the clip length specified in the inspector, like it is done in Ableton.

Adjustable track height and fade handles (aka basic audio editing functions - seriously, Bitwig is the weakest DAW on the market when it comes to this).

Everything else (browser, piano roll, etc.) is purely cosmetical TO ME - as soon as this is implemented, I can finally drop Ableton and Samplitude for good. Can't wait for that to happen, cause Bitwig is so much better in almost every other regard.

Two small ones:

(1) A toggle to have note length memory reset when the adaptive grid switches (when you zoom in/out) to the new length of the grid

(2) Alternative copy/paste for notes as well as for clips

And a brush to be able to draw in notes in one line

Also velocity remember for last set on note so not every note is 79 percent

I like Brush features but I would rather not have another tool option. Just give the Pencil Brush functionality using Modifier keys. One Pen/Pencil is enough I think. Plus every DAW out there has one, even Logic just jumped on the whole Brush bandwagon.

I actually don't mind that its fixed at 79 percent because you can now every easily bring this value up or down since the Pencil tool is 'smarter' now. They need to focus their attention on the bigger requests... like Movie Import!

"Automatically preview items when selected " turned ON by default. It's hell turn on it every time when side browser selected. Or samples Preview in big one!
