BTW, Luca, is wah-wah pedal on your to-do list? I'm yet to hear a good ITB wah that doesn't sound like a basic filter. Can we get like a legit sounding one?
I Agree. There are very few VST3 wah pedals, and those that exist are heavily flawed. The range and resonance are always way off.

I’d love to have an Audiority Crybaby.

If you do a plugin Wah pedal, I'd suggest auditioning on multiple sources and maybe having multiple modes. Like, a sweep that works for guitar/clavinet, may be at the wrong frequencies for bass. And may be too weak for synths or other more full-range sounds. In my head anyway, I'd think you'd almost want 3 modes: guitar/clavinet, bass, and everything else.

Just a random thought.

I do agree that there are seemingly few really good software wah's. It's strange because you don't think it would be hard but apparently is. Even finding a good hardware wah is tricky. My old 90s Vox 847 is the only wah I really loved (despite rolling off tone like a b*tch), and I gave it away to my second-cousin years ago. My Analogman HW Vox wah just gets a bit too trebly and sounds thin, even after adjusting the sweep. Tricky little thing those wah's.

wah pedals are tricky and the sound can dramatically change based on their position in your chain. I remember, in the old days patching the nord modulator, I got a killer lead tone with a wah in it and I remember spending most of the time finding the right position for the wah block. The same position, on another patch, sounded awful.

Hi, Luca! I wanted to ask this for a while, If you ever get down to modeling Taurus Dopplex DX26 speaker, which you once mentioned in GS thread, could you please provide a few microphone sources for more tonal variety? I found Universal Audio did well providing a few mic types for their Waterfall rotary speaker (Leslie 147), as well as unique mic setups and mic positioning flexibility. Makes it so extremely versatile.

Thanks!

I just bought this one
I love it !

Great job Luca

Luca, I made a feature request in the Audiority forum for Tube Modulator to stay at the same modulation speed when switching from SYNC to Hz. Is that something we'll see in an update?

Yes, absolutely!

good morning!

Would you guys consider adding a Phase control for this? Please?
So often i have the perfect swirl but the timing is just off a bit, would be awesome to be able to nudge the 'start point' of the cycle forwards or backwards.

thank you for your consideration :)

Pleeeeeaase add a Phase control? With sugar on top?

Version 1.5 was quietly released yesterday. Saw it on social media. It's got a new GUI and some new options (like Small, Default, Large size options, another preference to Save the GUI size). It also fixed a bug with some presets using the wrong mode I reported a while back.

Not sure if there's other stuff as I haven't seen release notes yet.

What is locking a parameter supposed to do?
The manual doesn't cover it. Parameters can still be changed after locking them. There is also no option to unlock the parameter once locked, only "Unlock All." The option to "Lock parameter" is still shown on locked parameters.

I'm not sure if this is a totally non-functioning feature, or if it's working as expected, since there is no indication of what it is supposed to do. All I know is it doesn't work as I would expect it to work, which would be a locked parameter cannot be altered when locked.
