Do they not make their money from selling the plugins?
Maybe, I don’t know much about them...I don’t see much about their plug ins stand alone personally...most DAWs I assume make a certain percentage revenue from new customers and the rest from selling updates to a large user base....
X32 and 24C mixers, S88MK3, Live + PUSH 3, Osmose, RedShift 6, Pro3, S4, Tempera, Syntakt, Digitone, OP1-F, OPXY, TR-1000, Eurorack, TD27 Drums, Guitars, Basses, Amps and of course lots of pedals!

I always saw FL Studio as a way for Image Line to get people to try stuff like Harmor, Sytrus, Grossbeat and buy them to use in other DAWs if they switch. Complete speculation obviously.
Signatures are so early 2000s.

Nearly 30 year mac user/owner here. 10 year Logic user. *LOVE* Logic, but I've had it up to here with lack of features I need. A few months before 10.5 dropped I demoed Lite, and upgraded to Suite just a few days before 10.5 was released.

There's no way I will go back to Logic for the foreseeable future. The lack of modulation, crappy automation and busted PDC (which has been broken for years) has made me ditch Logic.
