Pretty much every Tom Waits record has at least one song that brings me tears, they're not necessarily the sad ones.
"In the Neighborhood" "Hang Down Your Head" "Picture In a Frame" "I Don't Wanna Grow Up" and "Come On Up to the House" have all done the job.
