That's more or less $1 per issue.
that was an incredible deal.

just realised zinio does musictech too - so that's 3 subs at silly money for me today.

Do I need to give my credit card info for the code to kick in?

Wow at $21.60 it is a real bargain!!!
Single issue in Florida with sales tax is $17.11.
not sure if you answered your own question there - but it updated for me when I entered the credit card details.

crazy good deal for computer music given the monthly software and other goodies available via the vault.
Yes, had to put in my Visa number.

I no longer need to go to Barnes and Noble to read it.
Well I'll go any way!

Are there any online computer music mags worth checking out?

Years ago, iZotope developed BreakTweaker and Stutter Edit custom for BT and he used them to create the glitchy effects he was famous for. He was making sounds that no one else could make, it wasn't the first time anyone had done glitchy IDM but he took it to a whole other level using this software.
I think it was actually BT who created them (he's known for programming in PD and Csound), he used to own sonik architekts which made both of those but then izotope bought them and ended up releasing them

Kind of weird:

This news update posted today lists Reason Essentials at $129
https://www.kvraudio.com/news/propeller ... v9-1-34600

But clicking on the link to Prop site, the price is $69

So Props don't want to sell Reason Essentials ? I mean why would they otherwise try to hide the best price ? :?

for news/reviews I tend to use these, directly and/or via twitter/facebook:

sonicstate.com
musicradar.com
cdm.link

plus following a heap of mags/manufacturers/product specific groups on twitter/facebook too.

sonicstate is brilliant. In addition to the news aggregation thing, Nick also does a weekly hour long show (4pm UK time on Wednesdays) where they discuss the week's music/production/gear news. That's streamed live and also available via youtube, plus they post in-depth reviews and interviews on youtube too. It's been going for donkey's-years - so there's a mass of great content on his youtube channel.
