UVI Workstation (release)

Hi Oliver

I may have missed this earlier, but is the Mac Clip Editor crashing when the sensitivity slider is moved, bug sorted? It is a BIG one- 1.5 has never been able to import audio and slice it successfully.

Bug fixed in next update to be release soon.

Also, this is really odd, but I never know which Kit is loaded as that information is not visible anywhere- unless I've missed something.

Double click the corresponding bank button(next to A, B, C , D on the left) and the browser should highlight the currently selected kit.

Beware that currently it will reload the kit/bank if auto load is toggled on.
Fixed in next version.

Hi Mark,

We have encountered some regression bugs while being beta test.
All has been fixed except one which is still under investigation. (CPU load related)
Hopefully we'll find soon what's happening and we will be able to release the update.

Does BPM or M53 have multi-processor support? I use Logic and notice that BPM only uses one of my cores. Also, just checking on the progress of the update.

I use Logic and notice that BPM only uses one of my cores.

If logic uses multiple cores what you can do is instantiate multiple instances of the plug-in. This gives you more control over the cores since each instance will be assigned to a separate core.

No multi processor support.
Open multiple instances for this.
multi-processor plugins support usually doesn't play very nice with hosts if you use low buffer size.

Regarding the BPM update, we've sent a new version to beta tester on Friday, hopefully it would be the last one.
