The audio demos sound phenomenal, especially the 'lead guitar' style onel! Never been so excited about a soft synth release.

Well that demonstrates one huge failing of Repro-5 vs hardware - you can't set it on fire and play it with your teeth

It's that kinda sound, isn't it? pdxindy / Urs - that patch needs to go into the factory patches on launch as I agree it will sell a lot of synths. I played it yesterday to a musician friend, he couldn't get his credit card out fast enough.

From those sound demos I think my Arturia Pro V will have to take a step back and wait for a BIG update...
What will be the cheapest option to buy the Repro 5...
buy the Repro 1 now and take advantage of the 'nice' upgrade or
just buy them both together on the introduction price?

I'm getting Repro-1 soon, just wanted to ask - do I understand it correct that buying Repro-1 before the release of R5 and then upgrading to the 1+5 bundle should be cheaper than getting the whole bundle later?
If yes, what are the chances that R5 will be released before November 10 (I hope not very big)?

Buy Repro-1 right now will give you the best value i think.
Also those (mono)leads are even better maybe with Repro-1 since it has the best distortion(wavefolder) in any synth i heard yet.
