I didn't contact the support in november. Nevertheless they charged a support fee of EUR 7. Is this the fee for loging in the support center?

So, they locked control panel access a month ago and are still charging platform fees...

Just received: MyCommerce Credit Note 30-NOV-2024 [CRN_P]
for the period from 01-NOV-2024 to 30-NOV-2024
The only item is 1 Platform Subscription Fee: 94.96 EUR

Same for us for November:
- USD100 for platform where they locked us out on 1st of November
- USD800+ for support tickets on questions like:
1. (In progress) Why our control panel is locked (0,5h)?
2. (In progress) Why is refund cancelled (we are asking them to share list of all refund requests and their status as some customer said (we have emails) that DigitalRiver rejected refund) (1.8xh)
3. (Closed) Close our account (2.1xh)

We are preparing invoice for hours that we had to work on their tickets.

I've also reveived this "Invoice" for November, but I've canceled my account on November 2nd via registered mail to Frankfurt (which was received) and my account is locked since November.

My credit note is acutally an invoice, apparently for the refunds I did, plus platform and support fee. But I canceled my contract before MSA 6.3 came into effect.

So time to dispute it...

Same thing here. They were informed three times by email that I do not accept new MSA and I requested termination of existing agreement.

They acknowledged this by creating support cases but never informed me about actually canceling accounts.

All accounts are also disabled and I do not have access since 01.11.

Not only that I will reject these invoices I will also request valid bank statements that these refunds were actually made.

I will of course reject any platform fees and criminal support fees as these were introduced with new MSA.

I think I will also invoice them for the lost profit since I lost three months of profit and even more since not all customers made purchase after they were refunded.

Just got it as well. Only a credit note though. Not that it matters, but full detailed reports were their best feature.

Received a credit note for the November period, but NO statememt for the October period and No payment for the September period

We had some hope that things turn back to normal after they finally paid the August period on November 11th and statements so far always came in on time (so end of following month). Now there's not even a statement anymore

Seems Digital River is done now finally

Got "invoice" from DR for November - 94 eur for platfrom use (why not 100?), roughly 100 for "technical support".

I also just got the invoice for the November "Platform Fee".

I've been locked out of my account since 1st November.

Now I don't know whether to just ignore that invoice (it has no invoice number and not even a payment method) Or whether I should send a letter rejecting the invoice on the grounds that I've had no access to the platform during the invoice period.

Other people here have written to them. Do they just open a case with a scanned copy of the letter?
