Audio-Technica is doing a tiered rebate promo on their '20' series mics. Which get pretty good reviews across the web.

The sweet spot, I think, may be here:

Price for an AT2035 is $70 after a $30 rebate with free shipping. I've never done business with World Music, but they seem to be a legit large vendor.

If you want to spend a bit more for more patterns, this looks good to me:

Price for an AT2050 is $120 after a $50 rebate from BHPhotovideo. I've done business with them several times, and they're entirely legit.
