What is the normal import format when I import an audio data. What do you take for making wavetables? There are few options (import pitch ...)

It's well described in the documentation, so RTM (F).MillerSam wrote:What is the normal import format when I import an audio data. What do you take for making wavetables? There are few options (import pitch ...)

The great thing about Serum is that you, Aiyn, Simon, Skippy and VSP have got on board with this. Good times.

https://soundcloud.com/hollosound/hollo ... erformanceFab as one would expect from you, release date ?
The great thing about Serum is that you, Aiyn, Simon, Skippy and VIP have got on board with this. Good times.
Release date will be somewhere around next week.
I'm almost ready, just try to figurate what to do with
the beta 1.02 update as i was really missing some more slots in the matrix.
Now we'll got 32, so i could complete the mods, but the thing is not perfectly stable yet...
and if i am save the presets it would not load in 1.01 - if i understand well what's going on in the
Serum forum. I just want to be sure it's safe to save the bank with the new beta.
Anyhow it's a great news that updates coming so often thanks for Steve.
Cheers,
Joseph

Try the demo, very impressive! Especially for Nord Lead and Moogish sounds
PS: Small bracket: I hope Steve re-release the compressor and the ambience plugins... Very very good... Close bracket!

Okay, Serum does have a nice, well-designed interface. I wish more developers would pay attention to the small details like this. However, the sound of Serum is honestly nothing special, IMO. It's core sound is pretty much like every other plug-in - too clean, thin, and sterile. Whenever developers tout their product's "pristine," "aliasing-free" oscillators, that's a dead giveaway that they don't have a clue what sounds good. My grungy, 8-bit Microwave I just destroys Serum in terms of sound. Even my all-digital Microwave Xt is a fuller, better-sounding synth. People should listen to something other than crappy plugins to gain some perspective. Sure, Serum is probably better sounding than your average synth plugin. But that's not saying a lot (especially when it takes your whole computer to generate a so-so sound).
