A current one (Repro-1 demo song, yay!)

Also an oldie but goldie (me singing!):

But other than a short demo song or a spontaneous modular patch... no time, really...

Will the RePro-5 beta/final release include the updated browser in Repro-1 too since they're part of the same bundle? Or will Repro-1 get updated at a later time?

Yes, R1 is the main testbed currently as it has loads of tagged presets.

Sounds good. Thanks!

.syx import ready for version 1.0?
Intel Core2 Quad CPU + 4 GIG RAM

It's not in beta, so I'd say "probably not".

Love the Eurorack stuff Urs. Damnit. I am seriously resisting going into it because of the cost (although it's not crazy and within the realm of future purchases) Would love for U-he to go beyond Ace to a mega Eurorack soft synth!...hey I can dream.

U-He Bazille is beyond Ace :hihi:

But I could possibly see U-He doing some kind of virtual euro rack thing in the future, separate filters oscillators fx modules which you can slot in and out and all virtually wire together :)

And probably sell them like softube. I am sure the stream of income not all at once would help.

True, and I'm demoing both right now, leaning toward Ace first because Bazille has a totally different sound (timbre?) than I'm used to. I guess it's a very FM sound? Not the thick analog sound at least from what I'm getting. Not saying that's 'bad' in any way. I just need to wrap my ears around it. It does produce some sounds that nothing else does so I know I'll wind up with both at some point.

One good thing is that it seems to have regular filters instead of the resonance type filters that PD has had in the past. I could be wrong on that. Still trying to learn what it's all about.

Ace = VA
Bazille = VD

PD synths (CZ) dont have any filters.

or not
If you have to ask, you can't afford the answer

Yeah both Bazille and Ace still have their place. Bazille can be a bit overwelming for some too. Both these particular synths feature dark sounding oscillators, but to varying degrees, if you just compare a raw saw wave you'll see slightly different harmonic levels.

I know some people go on about how most soft-synths are the same, but actually even at the most basic level , like comparing raw saw wave output, there are differences in slope rolloff etc.
